The University of Wyoming has confirmed this afternoon that a member of the Cowboy football team has died and three others were injured as the result of an early Monday morning traffic accident south of Laramie.  According to the spokesperson, the four were traveling north on US Highway 287 when the pick-up truck in which they were riding went off the highway and overturned.  Investigators say the driver apparently fell asleep.  Linebacker Ruben Narcisse of Miami, Florida was killed and Trey Fox of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.; C.J. Morgan, of Aurora, Colorado; and J.J. Quinlan of Everett, Washington were all injured in the crash.  Colorado State Patrol spokesman Sgt. John Hahn said there is no evidence that drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.  The accident occurred shortly before 5:30 am.  Counseling support is being to fellow team members and coaching staff, as well as any UW student who seeks counseling.
